Fence Types

Ornamental Iron
  • Custom Design: Choose from a wide range of styles, including classic spear tops, flat tops, at your desired height,

  • Maximum Durability: Built to last for decades and treated with premium powder-coat finishing for superior, low-maintenance protection against rust and weathering.

Chain-link Fencing & Gates

Galvanized matt silver color or Powder-Coated Black.

Double Rail upgrade is a significant factor. Most basic chain link only has a top rail. Adding a bottom rail adds material cost (pipe) and labor, but makes the fence much sturdier, especially for pets or uneven terrain.

Western Red Cedar Fence/Gate

Starting at $35/Ft. for basic “Estate” style Fencing, (Includes removal of old Fence)

$40/Ft. for “L-top”

*Pricing subject to specific quote provided to you for free upon examination of working conditions.

👨‍🔧 About Bob the Fence Builder

High-Quality Craftsmanship, Minimal Disruption, Maximum Value.

My business is named Bob's Custom Carpentry ,although my passion lies in delivering the highest quality custom fences across my surrounding communities. After years of working in this area, my mission remains simple: to build you a fence that is stronger, lasts longer, and is installed with the utmost respect for your property.

🔨 Built on a Foundation of Expertise

I am the sole owner and often the only installer on the property although I do have additional help available if a faster deadline is required, I bring a unique level of expertise to every project. My background is rooted in serious construction—I am a graduate of Master Builders Association-endorsed trade programs for foundational and advanced carpentry. I've worked for the Carpenters Union Local 30 on high-rise construction, and even worked finish carpentry on new build-custom homes in Kirkland.

Before starting my own business, I honed my skills working for two of the oldest and most respected fencing companies in Washington State, contributing to massive projects like the Seattle Sounders practice fields.

⭐ Our Commitment to Quality & Cleanliness

My greatest strength is my commitment to the details that make a difference:

  1. True Heavy-Duty Posts: Unlike standard builders, I use true 4-inch Pressure Treated Douglas Fir posts for superior strength and longevity, giving you a heavier-duty fence than the typical 3.5-inch posts.

  2. Minimal Yard Disruption: On most residential jobs, I avoid heavy machinery. I hand-dig post holes and maintain a spotlessly clean and organized job site from start to finish.

  3. Clear Communication: Every fence is built exactly to your specifications. We discuss and agree on every detail, including the exact distance from the ground and whether to 'step' the fence for even lines or 'roll' it to follow the natural contours of your yard.

When the last gate is up and the job is complete, my goal is complete customer satisfaction. You won't just have a new fence; you'll have a custom-built boundary installed with precision.
